Reserva en un altre bol.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tritura o pica el xiitake<\/strong> <strong>i afegeix-lo al bol dels espinacs.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Afegeix la <a href=\"https:\/\/origen100x100.com\/cat\/producte\/quinoa-tricolor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">quinoa<\/a><\/strong> al bol amb els espinacs i el xiitake i barreja el conjunt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bat els ous<\/strong> i afegeix-los, remenant-ho b\u00e9 tot plegat.<\/li>\n<li>Tot seguit, <strong>afegeix la farina de civada<\/strong> i ves remenant fins que el conjunt quedi ben homogeni.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tapa el bol i reserva\u2019l a la nevera uns 30 minuts.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Transcorregut el temps de refredament,<strong> divideix la massa en 4 porcions.<\/strong> Amb cadascuna d\u2019aquestes <strong>fes una bola amb les mans i despr\u00e9s aixafa-la donant-li forma d\u2019hamburguesa<\/strong> manualment o fent servir un estri de cuina dels existents amb aquesta finalitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.7.0&#8243;
